Product Description
The functional masterbatch has excellent dispersion is PP film special anti-blocking masterbatch, which takes PP as base material and special treatment of anti-blocking agent as auxiliary materials. The Work principle is the ultrafine particles in the thin film formed a micro-convex on the surface, enable the thin film to have excellent opening anti-blocking performance. This masterbatch has small influence on the gloss and haze of plastic film. And will not affect the heat sealing performance, has smooth surface and no pitting.
Applicable scope
Suitable for manufacturing BOPP, CPP, IPP, multilayer co-extrusion film, etc.
Join the masterbatch to surface of the multilayer con-extrusion composite film. After evenly mixed with the material of the surface then can enter production. Suggest joining amount was 2% ~ 4%.
